Definitions

"Service" refers to the RestauOrder platform accessible via the website. "User" refers to any person accessing the Service. "Restaurant Owner" refers to a user who has created a professional account. "Customer" refers to a person placing an order via a QR code.

Access to the Service

Access to the Service requires registration and account creation. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or abusive purposes
• Not publish illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content

Service Description

RestauOrder provides a QR code-based order management platform for restaurants. The service includes digital menu creation, QR code generation, real-time order management, and a management dashboard.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on the pricing page. RestauOrder reserves the right to change prices at any time, with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Payment is due monthly, in advance.

Limitation of Liability

RestauOrder strives to ensure Service availability 24/7. However, RestauOrder cannot be held responsible for temporary or prolonged service interruptions. RestauOrder cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time from account settings. RestauOrder reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these ToS, after prior notification.

Intellectual Property

The RestauOrder platform, its source code, design, and content are protected by intellectual property law. The user retains ownership of their own content (menus, images, etc.) but grants RestauOrder a license to use it within the scope of the Service.

Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these ToS shall be submitted to the competent courts.
